Hazmat spill closes streets in Chico

CHICO, Calif. -
A hazmat situation in Chico prompted Chico Fire Department to close a city block at East 20th and Mulberry Streets.
The hazmat spill was reported at 8:13 a.m. Monday.
Firefighters said it appears two cylinders fell from a truck.
